Stage Two | Class
Young Writers is an exciting partnership project between Norwich Theatre Royal and carefully selected professional organisations and individuals, all of whom have an interest and passion in supporting young writers in writing for performance.
Participants will work with a professional playwright to turn ideas and passion into drama in the context of theatre. Other professionals from the theatre industry (drama reviewers, directors etc) will visit the group and contribute their learning and experience. At the end of the course, writing will be brought to life in a rehearsed reading with actors, assisted by a director.
“Working with a professional writer gives a great knowledge base from which to learn.”
