Supporting Positive Mental Health and Wellbeing

Your donation will help us to promote positive mental health and wellbeing through a range of creative and participatory projects.

Research shows that taking part in arts activities helps to alleviate anxiety, depression and stress both within and outside education and the workplace.

Donate Now and transform lives via our Just Giving Page, (search Norwich Theatre Royal), and turn your £1 into £2 with our matched funding through Arts Council England Catalyst Evolve.

Alternatively please consider donating at any of our collection points or after our Panto performances. Every penny really does make a difference!

Below are some examples of mental health and wellbeing projects that your donation will support.
