Programme & Productions Manager

Salary: £32,000

This brand new role is an opportunity for someone who is creative and passionate about all forms of performance, and who has experience in a Programming role within a Theatre. Supporting the ongoing development and delivery of the organisation’s multi-artform Artistic Strategy, this role works to provide joined-up support for the Programming Director, Playhouse Director and Learning and Participation Director in programming our three stages at Norwich Theatre Royal, Norwich Playhouse and Stage Two.

As well as providing overall support, the role will have responsibility for genre and venue specific programming strands, including our growing programme of non-stage based and site specific performances, as well as individual producing and co-producing projects.

Assistant Housekeeper

We are looking for someone with good team leading skills and commercial cleaning experience to assist our Housekeeper, to supervise the cleaning team as well as working as part of the team ensuring we maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all three of our buildings.

Hours: 39 hour contract, hours worked on a rota basis between 7.30am and 11pm, Monday – Sunday.

Pay: £8.52 per hour.

Cleaners

We are also looking for hardworking and committed individuals to join our team of cleaners.

We have the following contracts available;

3 x variable hours contracts – Hours are allocated on a rota basis but may be between 7.30am to 11pm Monday to Sunday.

Pay £8.21 per hour

There is a possibility of extra hours depending on levels of business.

Chef de Partie

We are looking for someone who is driven, enthusiastic and has a passion for cooking to come and join our team in our Restaurant, Prelude, at Norwich Theatre Royal.

You will get the opportunity to cook in our recently refurbished kitchen, cooking daily lunches, pre show evening meals, catering for events and corporate hospitality and occasionally even cooking for a star!

We can offer a 30 hour contract (typically regular overtime available providing the opportunity for working Full Time hours most weeks), great working conditions and a fantastic home and work life balance which typically is hard to find within this type of working environment.
